We are seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC. As a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages, including health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices in family medicine.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice/Primary Care.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience working in a family medicine setting, preferably with Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
