About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Caregiving Specialist in Long Term Care (LTC) at one of our esteemed facilities in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medical treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
- Participate in regular training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in gerontology and long-term care
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in skilled long-term care or transitional care
- BCLS certification required
- Ability to work every other weekend and flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions
Benefits:
- $42,000 - $50,000 per year
