Job Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Caregiver Specialist, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications and treatments, conducting resident assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing hands-on resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conducting resident assessments, recording vital signs, and documenting observations and concerns.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • One to two years' experience in a skilled nursing facility, preferred but not required.
