Job Summary:

This intern position provides administrative support for the Director of Access Events & Engagement.

The responsibilities include staffing the front desk at the Welcome Center, managing the campus visit program by scheduling tours, entering student information into our database, adding tours to the calendar, and contacting students to confirm tours.

The position also involves answering the Welcome Center phone and emails for campus visits, managing scheduling and assigning tasks for around 25 Student Ambassadors, and assisting in creating and carrying out events for prospective students and their families.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year college education
  • One year of related experience
  • Experience with computer programs used in an office setting, such as Google Suite, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in higher education
  • Working knowledge of CRM (or similar) software platforms
  • Supervisory experience
  • Budgetary and purchasing experience
