Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Kodiak, Alaska. As a vital member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical and surgical care to patients, including preventative wellness, urgent care, dentistry, and surgery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve caseload diversity, variety in collaboration, flexible scheduling, and great work-life balance
  • Participate in the growth and development of our practice through mentoring, training, and education
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000-$140,000, paid month-to-month. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a monthly production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%-23%.

We also offer a signing bonus package, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and other benefits such as regional mentorship program, tuition assistance, CE opportunities, and referral bonuses.
