About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory Engineer to join our team at Network and Data Solutions Integrators (NDSI). As an Active Directory Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our clients' Active Directory infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient Active Directory architectures
  • Provide technical assistance and escalation support for all troubleshooting tasks related to AD
  • Manage the environment proactively, anticipating risks and issues, designing and engineering for resiliency
  • Facilitate the implementation of Group Policy Objects (GPO) based on stated requirements
  • Monitor and identify replication interruptions between domain controllers
  • Manage the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems and certificates
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in progressive roles from Active Directory Administrator to Sr. Engineer
  • Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. Powershell, Python, Bash, or Perl)
  • In Depth understanding of Active Directory or LDAP authentication and administration
  • Advanced familiarity with enterprise directory synchronization tools such as Azure Active Directory Connect, Cisco Directory Synchronization, or others
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • Knowledge of custom Active Directory schema attributes
  • Experience administrating Azure Active Directory and single sign-on
  • Experience working in a fast tempo government agency production IT environment
  • Experience troubleshooting various Microsoft Windows Server platforms' roles and features
