Job Summary

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled Assembly and Test Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex products to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test a variety of complex products, including mechanical, electronic, and dual hydraulic systems.
  • Work with multiple part families and contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Set up complex test equipment and troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Conduct tests using common and computerized data acquisition equipment and interpret results.
  • Diagnose and repair product malfunctions, including evaluation of suitability of components.
  • Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and quality directives.
  • Lead lean initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Interface with support functions to solve product problems and conduct work according to business contract.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Seven or more years of direct industry-related experience in assembly and testing in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Parker Aerospace products desired.
  • Demonstrate a broad and comprehensive understanding of complex hydraulic, pneumatic, or fuel products involving electronics, dual systems, and multiple part families.
  • Possess extensive historical knowledge of product and process situations normally encountered.
  • Able to research problems and develop solutions, incorporating multiple variables, to successfully repair products to serviceable condition.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
  • Perform semi-complex mathematical calculations and demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.
  • Possess excellent mechanical reasoning and hydraulic and/or electrical background.
  • Able to implement and effectively apply lean initiatives.
