About the Job

The Electronic Assembly Specialist will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality circuit boards at Bluefin Innovations LLC. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assemble and test circuit boards using SMT components.
  2. Analyze and troubleshoot issues with circuit boards.
  3. Develop and implement efficient assembly processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics assembly, preferably with SMT hand soldering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software.
Location and Salary

This full-time position is located at our facility in Sterling, VA. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience.
