About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Healthcare Client Consultant to join our team. As a Sr Healthcare Client Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients in the healthcare industry on real estate operations and investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables such as market plans, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.
  • Study the fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company and or client-specific processes.
  • Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to the client and develop sophisticated strategic real estate plans.
  • Build benchmarks and critical metrics for the client's portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Implement processes and define portfolio management priorities for site, area, and function planning.
  • Partner with managers of databases containing supply, demand, and cost information. Develop comprehensive management models to aid strategic consulting efforts.
  • Support the achievement of financial, operational, and other measures established for the client. Report on defined deliverables established for clients.
  • Develop building, state, and segment reports. Distribute reports for the specific account or engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to meet the business unit's real estate requirements. Implement initiatives to reduce cost and maximize value for the client's portfolio.
  • Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.
  • Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to embrace a different point of view.
  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
  • Ability to tackle unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive approach.
