Position: QA Lead - Selenium + Python

Location: USA - NY (Hybrid work model)

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in software testing across all testing phases, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies and testing best practices.
  • At least 8 years of experience as an Automation QA Tester.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and executing automation tests using tools like Selenium (Python preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST services and a solid understanding of SOA architecture.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying is required.
  • Experience with distributed version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of test data management techniques.
  • Experience with change management and defect tracking tools.
