Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and restoration of hard-surface floors, utilizing appropriate techniques such as stripping, refinishing, and burnishing.
  • Operate a variety of industrial floor care machinery to ensure optimal cleanliness.
  • Employ automated cleaning equipment for extensive floor areas.
  • Execute carpet care procedures, including shampooing, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks across all types of flooring materials.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
