Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Possess an active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
  • Immunization Certification: Hold current immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • No Felony Charges: Not have any pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
