Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by representing Vyve in a consistently professional and courteous manner. Address and resolve complex customer issues effectively. Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for promoting Vyve's products and services. Achieve and surpass monthly sales revenue targets. Create and maintain departmental reports as required. Act as a mentor to fellow team members, providing guidance, support, and direction. Execute all duties of a Retail Sales Agent as necessary, including: initiating customer contact, selling services, resolving inquiries, sending correspondence, and generating reports. Accurately explain billing and company policies regarding pricing, billing, and services. Assess customer needs and educate them to sell or upgrade services. Document all sales and order activities through the online database system. Process customer payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions in accordance with established cash management procedures. Collect overdue accounts. Maintain integrity while accessing customer databases and reference materials to locate records and research account history. Manage customer-premise equipment records and troubleshoot service-related issues. May reach out to customers regarding company services. Foster a positive and collaborative environment that promotes teamwork. Perform additional duties as assigned. Willingness to travel as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, with direct interaction with consumers. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in navigating various software applications without becoming overwhelmed. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in using PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, and general internet navigation. Competent in utilizing computers, keyboards, and software applications. Ability to type at least 35 words per minute. High School Diploma or GED is required. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
