- Fosters a culture of teamwork and open communication, promoting a positive work environment and addressing conflicts or concerns promptly.">
- Stays up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve departmental operations and patient outcomes.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field required; master's degree preferred.">
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in a leadership or management role.">
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin (dependent on location).">
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association (AHA) required.">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.">
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software applications.">
