Certified Nursing Assistant Med/Surg w/ Telemetry Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at AdventHealth North Pinellas. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the healing ministry of Christ.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working nights, and you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse. You will assess patient needs, provide care in a clean and safe environment, and report changes in patient status to the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care in a clean and safe environment
- Assess patient needs and report changes in patient status
- Represent the Department of Patient Care Services in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform heavy physical labor, lifting, pulling, standing, and walking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain knowledge and skill through position-specific criteria-based job performance standards and age-specific competency assessments
- Adherence to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures
