We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to become a part of our Resident Services Department as a Resident Care Scheduling Specialist at Madison House. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Your Role:
In this position, you will collaborate with the Resident Services team to effectively schedule Resident Assistants, under the guidance of the Director of Resident Services. You will serve as a leader for the care staff, assisting in the training of Resident Assistants and managing the inventory of care supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, and scheduling of Resident Assistants with oversight from the Director of Resident Services.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of resident service supplies.
- Participate in the interviewing process for Resident Assistant candidates.
- Proactively fill shifts using internal staff; if necessary, you will be required to cover shifts yourself.
- Understand the unique needs of residents and communicate any behavioral changes to the licensed nurse on duty.

Additional Duties:
- Adhere to the Employee Information Guide and comply with job duties, state regulations, and nursing policies.
- Respond to routine phone calls within 24 hours and urgent calls within 4 hours.
- Report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Immediately report any workplace injuries to your supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Meet regularly with the Director of Resident Services to discuss operational matters.
- Conduct daily checks of documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Ability to remain active throughout the work shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Standard English.
- Mature and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

- Detail-oriented and team-focused.
- Commitment to ongoing education and training requirements.
- Must be drug-free and pass a drug screening upon hire.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check as per state regulations.

Licenses and Certifications:
- CNA or HCA certification as required by state regulations, with ongoing education and licensure maintenance.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification, updated as necessary.
- Completion of a food handler's or ServSafe course as mandated by local regulations.
