We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our speech therapy team, you will work closely with our Speech Language Pathologists to provide high-quality services to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting, under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech therapy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- State license or certification to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
