Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment productivity.
- Lead a team of maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven track record of success in leading maintenance teams and improving equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices a plus.
