Maintenance Director

Rich Products Corporation, a leading food company, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of its facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, maintenance, and leadership, with experience in managing teams and developing business plans.

• Develop and implement short-term and mid-term business plans for the maintenance department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
• Manage and direct the efforts of maintenance, electric, and hydraulic work teams, providing technical expertise and support.
• Develop and maintain operating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Mentor and motivate associates, providing training and development opportunities to optimize their performance and growth.
• Communicate performance standards and expectations to associates, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments.
• Direct the analysis of mechanical and operational problems, overseeing the planning and implementation of corrective action.
• Oversee the scheduling of preventive maintenance checks and inspections, ensuring minimal disruptions to production schedules.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, providing insights to management on plant performance and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with knowledge of HVAC systems.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in refrigeration, plumbing, industrial electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques, scheduling, and safety management.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes, and HACCP.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, coach, and train associates, as well as plan, monitor, and schedule work.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, with mechanical and spatial aptitude.
• Proficient in using Excel or other spreadsheet software.

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $107, $160,904.95
