Job Title: Electrical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting electrical units, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical units using proper assembly techniques and quality control procedures.
  • Inspect units for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Perform and train on measurements and using measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret basic assembly instructions, process instructions, and engineering standards.
  • Utilize computer systems for work instructions, labor charging, and standards.
  • Process material requisitions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Generate Non-Conforming Material (NCM) reject tags with full proficiency.
  • Assist in responding to corrective actions.
  • Check and verify requirements per work instructions.
  • Perform material handling tasks.
  • Recognize and take steps to resolve assembly/work area issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • US Citizen candidates only.
