Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive $110K base salary, accompanied by comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and performance bonuses.

Job Description

This role involves managing a high volume of estate planning cases, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Uncontested Probate Administration: Handling all aspects of uncontested probate, including filing administrations (independent/dependent) and navigating probate court procedures.
  • Trust Drafting: Creating and drafting various types of trusts, including revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts, ensuring they align with clients' needs and legal requirements.
  • Client Consultation: Providing expert counsel to clients on the best trust options, estate planning strategies, and asset protection.
  • Innovative Solutions: Developing and implementing unique and effective estate planning solutions, tailored to individual client circumstances.
  • Case Management: Overseeing a high volume of estate planning cases, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Client Relations: Maintaining empathetic and responsive communication with clients, ensuring a maximum response time for emails and same-day phone call responses.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of specific experience in probate and trust drafting, with a strong background in uncontested probate administration and court filings.
  • Strong knowledge of probate court procedures, trust drafting, estate planning, and asset protection.
  • An ability to create innovative and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Nice-to-have skills: Experience working with expatriates, undocumented real estate investors, trust-based planning, and asset protection. Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • A relaxed, team-oriented personality, with a focus on coachability, empathy, and a client-centered approach.
