Job Title: Electronics Fabrication Specialist

Job OverviewAs a key member of our team, you will specialize in fabricating and assembling complex RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality products that meet the demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate, modify, and assemble mid to high complexity RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate issues in returned units based on test failure sheets, planning work sequences to meet schedule requirements.
  • Utilize measurement equipment (e.g., reticle, drop indicator) to check parameters and ensure conformance to specifications.

Requirements
  • Must have held a clearance in the past or have a current clearance.
  • Interim Secret clearance required to start the position.
  • Previous experience in electronics/microelectronics assembly is essential.
  • Able to work under a microscope for extended periods.
  • Skilled in using hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and similar tools.
  • Able to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings.
  • Proficient computer skills to support the retrieval of drawings and work instructions.

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly processes for small electronic devices.
  • Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environments.
  • Experience soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with J-STD-001 standards.

Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $30.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
