Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Education. As a School SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP state license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is desirable.
