  • Conduct quality control, proficiency testing, and routine instrument maintenance.
  • Evaluate patient identification to minimize errors and adverse outcomes.
  • Meet assigned goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a Medical Laboratory Technician program from a CAHEA-accredited institution.
  • Preferred: 1 year of hospital or clinic experience.
  • Must have one of the following certifications: ASCP or NCA.
  • Basic computer literacy.
