Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Medical Care: Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Medical Knowledge: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues through clear and compassionate communication.
- Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Medical Degree: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Residency Training: Completion of an approved program of residency training in family medicine.
- Licensure: Current license to practice medicine in the state of Ohio.
- Certification: Board certification or board eligibility in family medicine.
