Key Responsibilities- Screen donors for eligibility and conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, and greeting donors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using company-approved procedures.
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
