We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Plasma Collection Technician. As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen donors for eligibility and conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, and greeting donors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Plasma Center Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using company-approved procedures.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
  • Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1).
