We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Specialist to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential support and care in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as housekeeping, shopping, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and socialization to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Recognize and report any changes in client condition or safety to our supervisor.
- Document observations, activities, and services provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
