ELITEBRAIN is seeking a Chief Tax Optimization Officer to lead our tax research and analysis efforts. As a key member of our finance team, you'll analyze the tax implications of new business ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.

This role comes with a salary range of $175,000 - $185,000 per year, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced tax professionals. With 8+ years of experience in tax, including leadership roles within a corporate environment or public accounting firm, you'll have a solid foundation for success.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential, with a Master's degree in Taxation or a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred. Certifications like CPA or equivalent tax designation are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of corporate tax, tax compliance, and accounting principles, as well as expertise in domestic and international tax law.

You should also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is also essential.
