We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Analyst to join our team at Engage Partners Inc. as a key member of our strategy and insights department.
About the Role
As a Digital Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting on the performance of various digital campaigns. You'll work closely with our Director of Strategy & Insights to track, manage, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, preparing client reports and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- KPI Development: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and drive business objectives.
- Optimization Support: Provide insights and tactical support for continuous campaign optimization, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Trend Identification: Identify trends and opportunities to enhance future campaigns and drive business growth.
- Expertise Maintenance: Stay up-to-date on the latest analytics and digital developments, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
- Agency Advocacy: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide expert advice and support, acting as an advocate for the agency.
- Dashboard Management: Design and maintain client dashboards, providing a clear and actionable view of campaign performance.
- Client Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive client presentations, communicating insights and data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Digital Tactics Knowledge: Proven understanding of digital tactics, including paid search, paid social, and display media.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive problem-solving approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in an analyst role, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Platform Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, and other ad platforms.
- Tool Competency: Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools (Looker Studio), CRM systems, Keynote, CMS platforms, and other cloud-based apps.
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Data Skills: Proficiency with data and statistical calculations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business success.
- Passion for Digital: A genuine passion for the digital space and its growth opportunities, with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
