Deburring Specialist

Avalign Technologies is a leading manufacturer of innovative medical devices, and we're seeking a skilled Deburr Operator to join our team.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and skilled individual to perform deburring and finishing operations for medical instruments and implants. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, operating and maintaining finish equipment, hand tools, fixtures, and jigs.

• Deburr, rough belt, finish belt, wheel polish, straighten, and blast metal surfaces.
• Operate and maintain finish equipment, hand tools, fixtures, and jigs.
• Interface with Labor Entry system and monitor work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check-sheets, and instructions.
• Use basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, etc.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
