Deburring Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Deburr Operator to perform deburring and finishing operations for medical instruments and implants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of deburring techniques and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Deburr, rough belt, finish belt, wheel polish, straighten, and blast metal surfaces to meet quality specifications.
• Operate and maintain finish equipment, hand tools, fixtures, and jigs to ensure optimal performance.
• Interface with Labor Entry system and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check-sheets, and instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Use basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, etc., to verify quality.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
