We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Project Manager to join our team at Harrison Consulting Solutions in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage structural engineering projects, primarily water/wastewater facilities, from conception to completion.
  • Prepare and review structural design calculations for various structures.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure project success.
  • Conduct field investigations to evaluate structural conditions and develop repair alternatives.
  • Collaborate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public to meet project objectives.
  • Assist in business development for structural projects and contribute to the growth of our team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with a PE license and SE certification.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
  • Experience working on water/wastewater projects, including water retaining projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
