Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to work in our sensory gym in Deer Park. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with children and be licensed to practice in the State of New York.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions for children with various diagnoses in our sensory gym.
  • Monitor and track child's progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Record information on treatment and progress in a timely manner using Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Effectively organize and maintain confidentiality of child's records and other documentations.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with children is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and comfortable with working with computers and databases.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
