Responsibilities:
  • Participate in our Peak Sales Training program, which includes initial orientation, Richmond American Way Training, systems training, job shadowing, and selling.
  • Develop relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Network and prospect to identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel between communities to support sales efforts and develop relationships with customers.
  • Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork and maintain standard sales office hours.
  • Obtain and analyze market data to stay competitive and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work weekends and maintain a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Real Estate License required in all states except CO, MD, TX, and VA.
  • Previous high-end sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
