**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to members, while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell and educate members on our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide exceptional customer service to members through incoming calls, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Accurately process member requests and updates, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the proper area, ensuring that members receive timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, and regularly provide referrals to members to meet their financial needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry regulations and credit union policies.
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on sales and cross-selling.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows.
