Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team at Car-X Tire & Auto. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to our sales and service teams to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and meet budget targets.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a retail or sales management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
