Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Welcome visitors and provide them with necessary information.
  • Address inquiries from the public and assist with information dissemination.
  • Support the maintenance of the student database (CampusVue) and assist in administering assessments for prospective students.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with contemporary office practices, including telephone etiquette and record management.
  • Proficient in business communication, including letter writing and report formatting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google applications.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of resolving minor issues effectively.
  • Goal-oriented and focused on productivity.

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in an office setting is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 7 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM
