Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Neenah Enterprises, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance-related activities and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Maintenance Team Members: Direct and oversee the work of electricians, mechanics, and clean-up personnel to ensure that tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintenance Work Coordination: Work closely with maintenance planners, purchasing, and vendors to coordinate the repair and routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Review and maintain check sheets and PMs, completing necessary action items in a timely manner to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Equipment Efficiency: Monitor uptime and efficiencies of production equipment and work with maintenance and production supervisors to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Employee Training and Development: Train and qualify employees to perform all necessary functions and provide safety training to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents or injuries and prepare reports of findings.
  • Contracted Maintenance: Manage contracted maintenance resources and ensure compliance with State and Federal Environmental regulations.
  • Administrative Functions: Perform administrative tasks such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Requirements

Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a post-offer, pre-hire background check and drug screen. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
