Job Title: Field Engineer III

Join IEA Management Services as a Field Engineer III and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our wind and solar construction projects.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer III to join our team. As a Field Engineer III, you will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any issues or defects, and working with project management to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Identify and report any issues or defects, and work with project management to resolve them
  • Develop and maintain quality control and assurance processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with project management and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction quality control and assurance
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
