Production Director

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall production and maintenance operations at our facility. This includes fostering a culture of safety, promoting employee-driven and hazard-controlled environments, and advising the local business on long-term strategic direction.

• Develop and implement safety and continuous flow production methods to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve asset utilization, and enhance team dynamics.
• Lead and manage a team of production and maintenance staff to ensure adherence to standards, policies, and regulations.
• Develop and implement training plans to promote key aspects of the overall succession plan process.
• Assume plant manager responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in an industrial environment with multiple departments.
• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
