  • Repair, polish, or solder jewelry as needed.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management system to interact with guests and handle customer-owned jewelry.
  • Provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information and features.
  • Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
  • Achieve individual sales performance metrics.
  • Support store management in meeting sales targets and maintaining store presentation.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a positive team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
