Responsibilities:
The Manufacturing Financial Manager is a crucial member of the site leadership team, tasked with overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and offering strategic financial insights for a large-scale manufacturing facility.
Reporting directly to the Site Managing Director, the successful candidate will significantly influence financial performance, cost management, and the attainment of business objectives.
Financial Oversight and Compliance:
Ensure precise and timely financial reporting that adheres to regulatory standards and company policies.
Establish and execute financial controls to protect company assets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Work alongside the Plant Leadership Team to formulate annual budgets and forecasts that align with business objectives.
Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary to clarify budgetary discrepancies.
Lead cost optimization initiatives while upholding operational excellence.
Strategic Financial Guidance:
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Conduct financial analyses for proposed capital projects, investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
Create financial models to evaluate the impact of various scenarios on business performance.
Team Leadership and Development:
Guide a high-performing finance team, nurturing a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
