Practice Manager

The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of an outpatient practice, ensuring efficient and effective management of administrative and clinical staff. This role will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Administrative Director to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the practice, including supervision of staff, time and attendance, coaching, evaluation, and discipline when necessary.
- Oversee revenue cycle, WQ management, manual charge entry for outside practices, open encounter reconciliation, and financial reporting for the practice.
- Monitor patient satisfaction through surveys and patient feedback, and work with staff and physicians to identify and resolve potential problems and improve patient access and workflows.
- Administer recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiencies.
- Develop, lead, and implement agendas for staff meetings to achieve critical departmental goals and objectives.
- Formulate, review, and revise departmental policies and procedures that safeguard patient care and promote efficient and creative practice.
- Identify the needs of the patient population served and modify and deliver care that is specific to those needs.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in practice coordination in the hospital or private practice setting.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to foster teamwork with decision-making skills.
- Proficient at oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and situational analysis skills.
- Conceptual thinking skills.
