Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Clinical Operations: Assist with the coordination of clinical services, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as updating patient records, managing medication lists, and maintaining accurate logs.
- Education: Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Licensure: Current NJ State Nursing License and NJ State Licensed Practical Nurse Certification required.
- Certifications: Active BLS certification required.
This is a fully on-site position in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a busy clinical setting.
