Caregiver Role at Cantex Continuing Care Network

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cantex Continuing Care Network. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a safe and respectful manner.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervising charge nurses.
  • Participate in in-service training programs to maintain nursing assistant certification and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Contribute to a clean and safe environment by performing incidental housekeeping tasks and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
Requirements:
  • State certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent patient care.
