Work Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional telephone support Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including every fifth weekend.
  • Manage incoming call queues for various healthcare services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Process a significant volume of calls, accurately identifying caller needs and providing appropriate assistance or redirection.
  • Maintain adherence to departmental processes and procedures for optimal efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with departmental software and processes.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Commitment to service excellence with patients and team members.

Essential Functions:

  • Work in a smoke-free environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Experience Level: Experienced.
