About the Role

As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex diesel engine issues, ensuring our vehicles are in top working condition to meet the demands of our drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Diesel Engines: Utilize your expertise to identify and repair issues with diesel engines, including after-treatment problems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairing, and adjusting vehicle components, to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with drivers, team members, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe working environment by following established safety procedures and protocols, and actively participating in safety training and education programs.
  • Meet Performance Standards: Work efficiently to meet or exceed performance standards, ensuring our vehicles are ready for service and our customers are satisfied.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as 3 years of experience in vehicle/equipment maintenance.
  • ASE/EVT Certifications: While not required, ASE/EVT certifications are preferred and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the field.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, with a Class A CDL preferred but not required.
