Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Repair Diesel Engines: Utilize your expertise to identify and repair issues with diesel engines, including after-treatment problems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairing, and adjusting vehicle components, to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of our equipment.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with drivers, team members, and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe working environment by following established safety procedures and protocols, and actively participating in safety training and education programs.
- Meet Performance Standards: Work efficiently to meet or exceed performance standards, ensuring our vehicles are ready for service and our customers are satisfied.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as 3 years of experience in vehicle/equipment maintenance.
- ASE/EVT Certifications: While not required, ASE/EVT certifications are preferred and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the field.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, with a Class A CDL preferred but not required.
