AD/S stands as the premier custom signage design and manufacturing firm in the Southwest. We collaborate with Architects, Designers, Developers, Property Managers, General Contractors, and related sectors to transform their concepts into tangible visual representations.

Role Objective:

The Sales Executive is tasked with overseeing daily sales operations and nurturing relationships with both current and potential clients. This role is focused on the Las Vegas region, targeting key players such as Architects, Designers, Developers, and General Contractors. Interaction with Estimating, Production, and Management teams is essential to meet client requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance market presence through the acquisition of new clients and the cultivation of relationships within a designated geographic area.
  2. Identify new business prospects through networking, prospecting, and participation in trade exhibitions.
  3. Showcase AD/S's capabilities to developers, architects, general contractors, and retail chains to uncover sales opportunities.
  4. Engage in consultative sales for comprehensive signage solutions.
  5. Continuously enhance product knowledge through ongoing training sessions, team collaboration, and industry events.
  6. Maintain daily updates on sales activities.
  7. Participate in weekly sales and project management meetings.
  8. Assist in project processes including site assessments, permits, and installations.
  9. Achieve set monthly and annual sales targets along with weekly activity benchmarks.
  10. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional demeanor and strong presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to excel in a self-motivated yet collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with project management software is preferred.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven sales track record with a minimum of 7 years in sales roles.
  • At least three years of experience in the signage industry or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain necessary insurance.
