About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Inside Salesperson to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all administrative duties are performed in a timely manner and in accordance with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office, sales, and/or in manufacturing, preferably with mechanical/hydraulic equipment. Prior engineering, repair, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary. Leadership abilities, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Primary responsibilities include scheduling, assisting, and quoting of incoming and outgoing jobs, as well as working with the outside sales team on new leads and customer needs. The successful candidate will also ensure that all paperwork is processed according to procedures and provide exceptional service to customers over the phone, through email, and in person.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $78,000+ DOE
  • A full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
