We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
- Maintain and repair equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and other machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
- Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
- Assist with grounds maintenance and upkeep.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
We offer a competitive starting wage of $17.59, paid sick leave, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and tuition assistance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to advance your career and earn additional pay increases after 1 and 4 years of service.
